Consent: SMS messages are sent only when you provide verbal consent during a phone call handled by our AI assistant. Verbal consent is obtained when you provide your phone number during the call and the AI assistant confirms that a text message or follow-up will be sent to that number.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically, you will receive 1-3 messages per interaction (e.g., appointment confirmation, reminder).

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Opsly does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
